Noah's Restaurant

Today, we went to Noah's for breakfast. It's an upscale diner, offering an all day breakfast, as well as lunch/dinner options. We were warmly greeted when we arrived, seated immediately and drinks offered (and quickly brought out).
The coffee was fine. Could have been stronger, but was perfectly acceptable. Our server was fantastic, offering substitutions for our vegetarian. When the table behind us asked for the home fries to be fried so they would be extra-crispy, the kitchen was more than happy to accommodate her. Another gentleman came in to make a reservation and left with a complementary takeout coffee. When the owner heard that we had met our server the evening before and came in on her recommendation (and and no, she didn't know we have this blog), he brought out a complementary fruit plate for us. Amazing service!

We had a deluxe breakfast and a veggie omelette. The deluxe came with eggs, bacon, ham and sausage, along with homefries and toast. The bacon was, in Mr. HitH's opinion, cooked to perfection. The eggs were fluffy. The homefries are grilled, so were tender with a touch of crisp. They were perfectly seasoned.

The omelette was cooked perfectly as well. The cheese, an add-on, was appropriately oohey and gooey and the veggies were crisp and fresh, with the exception of the mushrooms, which were a touch rubbery. It was definitely loaded with veggies.
Instead of a mint, chocolate squares come with your bill. They might not freshen your breath, but it is a fantastic way to wrap up breakfast.

Go brunch at Noah's. Exceptional service, good solid food - a great way to start a Sunday.
